Return & Exchange Policy

At Vleyn, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Online Purchases

We gladly accept returns on all online orders within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Art Fair & Festival Purchases

Items purchased in person at an Art Fair or Festival are not eligible for returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or item of equal value. Exchanges must be arranged directly with our team at the time of purchase or shortly after the event.

• Sale items are final sale — not eligible for return or exchange
• Vleyn reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
